About Marc Ouellet

Marc Cardinal Ouellet serves in Rome as Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops and President of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America. He was elevated to the Cardinalate by Pope John Paul II in 2003, and previously served as Metropolitan Archbishop of Quebec City.
