Brendan Weston is a storyteller whose work reaches across disciplines. At Amazon he led teams that taught millions of developers. He has written commentaries on Old and Middle English texts, produced documentaries and commercials from Seattle to Greece, and has had auctions of his photography at foreign embassies.
Brendan’s love for languages started early and grew as he studied Latin and Greek at Ave Maria University. There he learned the Rosary in earnest and began praying it with friends, often alternating French, German, Spanish, Croatian, and Latin for each decade.
Brendan’s Memorize the Rosary series grew out of a simple request from a friend who was looking for a better way to teach his children to pray the Rosary. Having seen how memorizing prayers builds confidence while learning a new language, Brendan created Memorize the Rosary in Latin, followed by volumes in English, Croatian, Spanish, French, and Italian.
In parallel, he is publishing books on medieval languages and nineteenth-century Dalmatia. He builds next-generation video studios and produces art showcasing the beauty and faith of the former Austro-Hungarian lands. His photography and writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal and the U.S. State Department Magazine. His work can be found at brendaneliasweston.com.
